Please read the terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing or using the Dental FaceValue Services (defined below) offered through the Dental FaceValue website, Dental FaceValue App (defined below) or through applications or websites of Dental FaceValue Group Entities (defined below). These terms and conditions are a legal contract ("Terms of Use") between You and Dental FaceValue having its registered office at XXXXX. You agree and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not use the Dental FaceValue Services and/or immediately terminate the Services and/or uninstall the Dental FaceValue App.
“Dental FaceValue”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” means Dental FaceValue and Dental FaceValue Group Entities.
“You”, “Yours”, “Yourself”, “User” means any prospective user, or registered user of Dental FaceValue Group Entities, including but not limited to customers and Commercial Partners.
“Dental FaceValue App” means mobile application(s), hosted by Dental FaceValue and Dental FaceValue Group Entities for providing services to the Users, and Commercial Partners.
“Dental FaceValue Group Entities” means subsidiaries and affiliates of Dental FaceValue.
‘Dental FaceValue Platform” means any platform owned/subscribed/used by Dental FaceValue or Dental FaceValue Group Entities including but not limited to the Dental FaceValue Website, the Dental FaceValue App, other mobile applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbots, Dental FaceValue social media channels or any other communication medium or mechanism used by Dental FaceValue or Dental FaceValue Group Entities to provide services to the Users.
“Dental FaceValue Website” means https:// or any other website hosted or registered by Dental FaceValue or Dental FaceValue Group Entities
“Dental FaceValue ” means and include all services offered / to be offered by Dental FaceValue , and Dental FaceValue Group Entities either directly or through its Commercial Partners including but not limited its relation to Merchants, also includes Payment Aggregator Services.
“Commercial Partner” means any individual or entity with whom Dental FaceValue or Dental FaceValue Group Entities have a contractual relationship and includes but is not limited to entities offering rewards on Dental FaceValue App, Sellers, Lenders, Dental FaceValue Merchants etc.
“Sellers” means entities offering goods for sale to the Users via Dental FaceValue Store.
“Terms of use” / “Terms and Conditions” are interchangeably used and mean these Terms of Service including the Supplemental Terms.
You agree that:
a. Your use of the App shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.
b. All registration information you submit is truthful, complete and accurate and you agree to maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date account information in your account.
c. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
d. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access Dental FaceValueentials of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Dental FaceValue of any unauthorized use of your passcode or account or any other breach of security.
e. You agree that You are aware and responsible for all transactions taking place through your Account. You shall continue to be responsible for the transactions in your account, if you knowingly or negligently (i) grant any other person access to your Dental Face Value App, (ii) permit them to transact on Your account, or (iii) transact on any other person’s behalf or directions; whether by sharing one-time passwords or in any other manner.
f. You shall not indulge in decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling content, removing any intellectual property right associated with the Dental FaceValue App, including our copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, designs, and patents, or other proprietary notices.
g. You shall not access or use the Dental FaceValue App in any manner that (i) may be harmful to the operation of the Dental FaceValue App or its content; (ii) may be unlawful; (iii) maybe harmful to Dental FaceValue or to any other User; (iv) may hinder the other User’s enjoyment of the Dental FaceValue App; or (v) to defraud other Users, Dental FaceValue or any Commercial Partner.
h. You shall not post, distribute, or otherwise transmit or make available any software or other computer files that contain a virus, other harmful component or malicious content, or otherwise impair or damage the Dental FaceValue App or any connected network, or otherwise interfere with any person or entity's use or enjoyment of the Dental FaceValue App.
k. You shall not delete or modify any content of the Dental FaceValue App.
i. Your use of the Dental FaceValue App shall indicate that you have provided consent to automatically receive updates such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions (collectively, ‘Updates’), for the purpose of effective delivery of the Dental FaceValue Services. Please note that your continued use of the Dental FaceValue App following such Updates would mean deemed acceptance by you of the same.
m. You understand and accept that not all products, services and rewards offered on the Dental FaceValue App are available in all geographic areas and you may not be eligible for all the products, services and rewards offered by Dental FaceValue on the Dental FaceValue App or other Dental FaceValue Platforms. Dental FaceValue reserves the right to determine the availability and eligibility for any product, services and rewards offered on the Dental FaceValue App or any Dental FaceValue Platform.
n. You shall request Dental FaceValue, to block the Account and change the passcode immediately for the account, if your device has been lost or stolen.
You further agree that any Dental FaceValue Services may be provided to You either directly by Dental FaceValue or by any Dental FaceValue Group Entity and in particular, any payment to you or made by you may be routed through Cash Free XX (“Payment Aggregator”).
If We believe that you have violated any of the conditions as mentioned under these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Supplemental Terms applicable to certain services or any agreements consented to via the Dental FaceValue App, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Dental FaceValue App and/or delete your account without prior notice to You. If We have reason to believe that there is suspicious or unusual activity being carried out through your account, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Dental FaceValue Services. If we suspect that any feature, offer or reward promotion is being availed by You in a manner (i) that is disingenuous (for example: placing orders without intending to take delivery or intending to subsequently cancel all or substantially all of them); (ii) that it is not intended to be availed; (iii) that purports to artificially increase (or decrease) your transaction volume or usage of the App; (iv) that is designed to deliberately side step fair use restrictions; (v) that may result in you gaining an undue, unfair or unethical advantage over other Users or Commercial Partners; (vi) that is intended to cause losses or other harm to Commercial Partners, Dental FaceValue reserves the right to reverse the relevant transaction, suspend the account or restrict you from using the App in its entirety or any specific feature(s) thereof. You may reach out to the Dental FaceValue support team to assist you with any query or question arising as a result of the aforementioned suspension/ deletion.
You may end your legal agreement with Dental FaceValue at any time by deactivating your account and discontinuing the use of the Dental FaceValue Services.
Following a request for deletion, or termination of account by Dental FaceValue, We consider the agreement to be terminated and take appropriate steps. Provided however, Dental FaceValue may continue to maintain transaction records for record keeping purposes and/or regulatory reasons. Deletion of the account or Termination also does not terminate Your obligations undertaken prior to deletion or termination of the account including but not limited to the obligation to repay any loan or Dental FaceValueit line availed by You. Dental FaceValue may continue to retain a record of your transactions made on the Dental FaceValue App for regulatory and archival purposes.
You are responsible for any fees that may be applicable to certain transactions or use of the Dental FaceValue App; where you will be notified of such applicable fees, prior to the completion of any transaction. By clicking ‘Proceed’ / ‘Submit’ / ‘Continue’ or any other similar button on the Dental FaceValue App, You shall be deemed to have consented to the fees displayed on the said page.
We collect, hold, use and transfer your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you also hereby agree to our Privacy Policy, which may be updated and/or modified by us from time to time. You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any data provided by you in connection with the Dental FaceValue Services may be shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates or partners, and/ or used by us for enhancing the Dental FaceValue Services, including but not limited to creating new products. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further clarity on the subject.
The Dental FaceValue Services, including all content, software, functions, material, and information made available or accessible through the Dental FaceValue Platform are provided “as is”. Dental FaceValue, Dental FaceValue Group Entities and their respective agents, co-branders or partners, make no representation and warranty of any kind for the content, software, functions, material, and information available/accessible through the Services.
Dental FaceValue does not warrant that the functions contained in content, information and materials on the Dental FaceValue App, including, without limitation any third-party sites or services linked to the Dental FaceValue App or any Dental FaceValue Platform will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that the defects will be rectified, or that the Dental FaceValue App or the servers that make such content, information, and materials available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Further, You understand that a payment transaction is solely between the User who uses the Dental FaceValue Services to make his payment (“Sender”) and the User who receives such payment from the Sender (“Recipient”) and that Dental FaceValue does not provide any guarantees or warranties to any User with respect any service, goods, or delivery level commitment provided by the Recipient. Dental FaceValue cannot assure that Commercial Partners or other Users are or will be complying with the foregoing Terms of Use or any other provisions mentioned here. You assume all risk of harm or injury resulting from any such lack of compliance by any other User or Commercial Partner. You should ensure that you have undertaken adequate due diligence prior to transferring payments using the Dental FaceValue App.
In no event shall Dental FaceValue , Dental FaceValue Group Entities, their officers, shareholders, subsidiaries, associate companies, directors, employees and agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, or contractors be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages or losses whatsoever, or damages for loss of data or profits, goodwill, and/ or other intangible loss, whether or not foreseeable and regardless of whether Dental FaceValue has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use of, or access to, the Dental FaceValue Platforms, Dental FaceValue App or Dental FaceValue Services.
In no event shall Dental FaceValue and Dental FaceValue Group Entities’ total cumulative liability to You in connection with the Dental FaceValue Services for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether arising under contract or otherwise), arising from or relating to Your use of the Dental FaceValue App and Dental FaceValue Platforms or arising from these Terms of Use exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand only).
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dental FaceValue , Dental FaceValue Group Entities, its officers, owners, directors, employees and agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors and other applicable third parties (collectively ‘Indemnified Parties’) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, cause of action, costs or debt, and expenses (including any legal fees) arising from:
a. your use of and access to the Dental FaceValue App and the Dental FaceValue Platforms;
b. your violation / breach of any of these Terms of Use;
c. your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right;
d. the committing of any of the prohibited activities as stated herein;
e. your failure to be in compliance with applicable law, including tax laws and cyber security laws; or
f. any claim that your use of the Dental FaceValue App caused damage to a third party.
In consideration for Dental FaceValue granting you access to and use of the Dental FaceValue App, Dental FaceValue Platforms and Dental FaceValue Services, you agree that in case of any dispute between You and any Commercial Partner or other User or recipient of the funds transferred by You, Dental FaceValue shall not be a party to the same. While Dental FaceValue is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes, Dental FaceValue will assist Users in communicating with each other regarding a dispute. Dental FaceValue may at its own discretion however, without having any obligation to do so, assist in resolving the disputes between the Users and the Commercial Partners.
Except as otherwise set forth in these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, conflict, claim or controversy arising out of or broadly in connection with or relating to the Dental FaceValue Services or these Terms, including those relating to its validity, its construction or its enforceability, but excluding those provisions where it has been specified that Dental FaceValue decision shall be final, (any “Dispute”) shall be, if initiated by the User, first raised by the user to grievanceofficer@Dental FaceValue.club. If such Dispute has not been settled within sixty (60) days after the User reaches out to the aforementioned email IDs, such Dispute can be referred to and shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“Act”). Provided however when Dental FaceValue raises any dispute, Dental FaceValue may directly initiate arbitration in accordance with this clause. The Dispute shall be resolved by one (1) arbitrator to be appointed by Dental FaceValue . The place the arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The existence and content of the arbitration proceedings, including documents and briefs submitted by the
You hereby agree to comply with any and all applicable tax laws in connection with your use of the Dental FaceValue Services, including without limitation, the reporting and payment of any taxes arising in connection with payments made through the Dental FaceValue App, or funds/income received through the Dental FaceValue Services. You hereby agree and acknowledge that if and when required by applicable law, Dental FaceValue, may deduct tax deducted at source from your winnings/ cashback and/or may require You to submit PAN details before providing you cashback or other winnings.
The Dental FaceValue App, the Dental FaceValue Services, all your transactions with the Dental FaceValue App, and our relationship shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that subject to the Disputes & Arbitration Clause above, all claims, differences and disputes which we may have shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
You agree and acknowledge that You shall not transfer or assign any of Your rights and obligations arising from these Terms of Use. You agree and acknowledge that You agree and acknowledge that You agree and acknowledge that Dental FaceValue may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use in whole or in part, to (i) any other Dental FaceValue Group Entity; (ii) an acquirer of Dental FaceValue or any Dental FaceValue Group Entity or their respective equity interest, business or assets; or (iii) a successor entity resulting from any corporate action including mergers or demergers.
No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you, Dental FaceValue, Dental FaceValue Group Entities or any Third Party as a result of the contract contained in these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any law, such provision or part thereof shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these Terms of Use but the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions in these Terms of Use shall not be affected. In that event, Dental FaceValue shall replace the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or part thereof with a provision or part thereof that is legal, valid and enforceable and that has, to the greatest extent possible, a similar effect as the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or part thereof, given the contents and purpose of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use (together with any additional terms displayed in specific sections of the Dental FaceValue App or Dental FaceValue Website) constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to its subject matter and replaces and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or undertakings regarding such subject matter.
We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the , Dental FaceValue Website. The updated version of these Terms of Use shall supersede the previous version of the Terms of Use and take effect immediately upon posting. You have the right to opt-out of agreeing to these Terms of Use or any future updated version of the Terms of Use, by ceasing to use the , Dental FaceValue App. However, please be aware that your continued use of the , Dental FaceValue Services from the launch of any updated Terms of Use would mean deemed acceptance of such updated Terms of Use including any modification thereof. We recommend you to keep checking the Terms of Use often to be familiar with any updates and changes.

a. For purchasing products on the Dental FaceValue Store, the User may either (i) pay the full price as listed on Dental FaceValue Store for such product; or (ii) avail a lower price as listed on Dental FaceValue Store, by utilising Dental FaceValue Coins.
b. The number of Dental FaceValue Coins needed to avail a discount on each specific product shall be decided by Dental FaceValue . Dental FaceValue , in its sole discretion, may choose to alter the number of Dental FaceValue Coins needed to claim a reward on any product at any point of time.
c. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that:
(i) Dental FaceValue shall not be liable for any defects in the goods sold by the Sellers and does not provide any warranty for any products. Warranty, if any, shall be provided by the Seller. Dental FaceValue recommends that each User verify the applicability of warranty terms in respect of each product before purchasing the same through Dental FaceValue Store.
(ii) Dental FaceValue shall not be liable for any claims arising in relation to the delivery of the products or the quality of the goods / services purchased by the User.
(iii) the return, replacement and/ refund in relation to such products shall be dealt with in the manner as provided in Dental FaceValue policies, as available on Dental FaceValue Website / other Dental FaceValue Platforms; and
(iv) delivery of the products is the sole responsibility of the respective Seller. The delivery service may not be available for all pin codes and the User must verify if the delivery service is available at the pin code provided by the User prior to placing an order.

Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just estimates. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
b. All prices are listed in Rupees. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. All such offers shall be governed by their terms and conditions displayed on the Dental FaceValue App in addition to these Dental FaceValue Store T&Cs. Dental FaceValue decision of the winner of such offers shall be final and binding and not subject to any appeal or dispute resolution process.
