When you start using the Dental FaceValue App, we ask you to provide certain information as part of the registration process, and in the course of your interface with the App. We will collect this information through various means and in various places through the App, including registration, contact us forms, or when you otherwise interact with the app including at customer support.
Pursuant to the services consumed by you from time to time, we may explicitly seek additional information including address, payment or banking information, credit/debit card details and any other governmental identification numbers or documents. You may choose to provide such information if you wish to use the services provided by the App.
We collect information relating to your use of our website/app through the use of various technologies. This includes transaction details related to your use of our services including the type of services you requested, the payment method, amount, products, pricing and other related transactional and financial information.
Further, when you visit our website/app, we may log certain information such as your IP address, browser type, mobile operating system, manufacturer and model of your mobile device, geolocation, preferred language, access time, and time spent. We will also collect information about the pages you view within our sites and other actions you take while visiting our website/app.
We also maintain records of patients registered by you. However, we do not provide this information to any third party without your permission or utilise the same for any purposes not set out hereunder.
We may use, store and process the information provided by you to: (1) improve the services offered through the Dental FaceValue App; (2) create and maintain a trusted and safe environment on Dental FaceValue (such as complying with our legal obligations and compliance with our policies); and (3) provide, personalise, measure and improve our products and services.
The information collected through different channels allows us to collect statistics about our website/app usage and effectiveness, personalise the experience for the users of the App/website, as well as to customise our interactions with you and to enhance the scope of the App Services.
Dental FaceValue App shall not access mobile phone resources such as file and media, contact list, call logs, telephony functions, etc. Provided however, Dental FaceValue may, with your prior explicit consent, seek one-time access for camera, microphone, location or any other facility necessary for the purpose of on-boarding/KYC requirements.
All data shall be stored in servers located within India.

We provide all our Users an option to request the deletion of a specific account through the support section on the App. Following such request, we delete all such information related to the specific account including but not limited to profile information, patient information, products, pricing, transaction details etc. that we are not required to retain.
In certain circumstances, we may be unable to delete your account, such as if there is any outstanding dispute or unresolved claims pending on your account. However, upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, the information is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered thereafter.
Note that we may retain certain information if necessary for our own legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and enhancing users' safety and security or to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
You also have the option to request for an account deactivation/archival instead. This will temporarily block your access to the App until you send a re-activation request to us and successfully re-activate your account.

These terms and conditions are a legal contract ("Terms of Use") between You and Dental FaceValue having its registered office at No 14, 6th Cross, Block No. 181/1, Venkatapura, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560034, Karnataka. You agree and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Dental FaceValue Services and/or must immediately uninstall the Dental FaceValue App.
"Dental FaceValue", "We", "Us", "Our" means Dental FaceValue and Dental FaceValue Group Entities.
"You", "Yours", "Yourself", "User" means any prospective user, or registered user of Dental FaceValue Group Entities, including but not limited to customers and Commercial Partners.
"Dental FaceValue App" means mobile application(s), hosted by Dental FaceValue and Dental FaceValue Group Entities for providing services to the Users, and Commercial Partners.
"Dental FaceValue Group Entities" means subsidiaries and affiliates of Dental FaceValue.
"Dental FaceValue Platform" means any platform owned/subscribed/used by Dental FaceValue or Dental FaceValue Group Entities including but not limited to the Dental FaceValue Website, the Dental FaceValue App, other mobile applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbots, social media channels or any other communication medium used by Dental FaceValue to provide services to Users.
"Commercial Partner" means any individual or entity with whom Dental FaceValue or Dental FaceValue Group Entities have a contractual relationship.
"Sellers" means entities offering goods for sale to the Users via Dental FaceValue Store.
"Terms of Use" / "Terms and Conditions" are interchangeably used and mean these Terms of Service including the Supplemental Terms.
By registering with Dental FaceValue and accessing the Dental FaceValue Services, you are representing the following:
If you allow anyone to use your account, including individuals under 18 years of age, you will still be responsible for ensuring that such individuals comply with these Terms of Use.

You further agree that any Dental FaceValue Services may be provided to You either directly by Dental FaceValue or by any Dental FaceValue Group Entity and in particular, any payment to you or made by you may be routed through the designated Payment Aggregator.
If We believe that you have violated any of the conditions as mentioned under these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or Supplemental Terms, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Dental FaceValue App and/or delete your account without prior notice to You.
If we suspect that any feature, offer or reward promotion is being availed by You in a disingenuous manner, or in a manner that artificially increases your transaction volume, purports to gain unfair advantage over other Users or Commercial Partners, or is intended to cause harm to Commercial Partners, Dental FaceValue reserves the right to reverse the relevant transaction, suspend the account or restrict you from using the App.
You may end your legal agreement with Dental FaceValue at any time by deactivating your account and discontinuing the use of the Dental FaceValue Services.
Following a request for deletion, or termination of account by Dental FaceValue, We consider the agreement to be terminated and take appropriate steps. Dental FaceValue may continue to maintain transaction records for record keeping purposes and/or regulatory reasons. Deletion of the account or Termination also does not terminate Your obligations undertaken prior to deletion or termination of the account.
You are responsible for any fees that may be applicable to certain transactions or use of the Dental FaceValue App; where you will be notified of such applicable fees, prior to the completion of any transaction. By clicking 'Proceed' / 'Submit' / 'Continue' or any other similar button on the Dental FaceValue App, You shall be deemed to have consented to the fees displayed on the said page.
We collect, hold, use and transfer your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you also hereby agree to our Privacy Policy, which may be updated and/or modified by us from time to time. You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any data provided by you in connection with the Dental FaceValue Services may be shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates or partners, and/or used by us for enhancing the Dental FaceValue Services.
The Dental FaceValue Services, including all content, software, functions, material, and information made available or accessible through the Dental FaceValue Platform are provided "as is". Dental FaceValue, Dental FaceValue Group Entities and their respective agents, co-branders or partners, make no representation and warranty of any kind for the content, software, functions, material, and information available/accessible through the Services.
Dental FaceValue does not warrant that the functions contained in content, information and materials on the Dental FaceValue App will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that the Dental FaceValue App servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Dental FaceValue, Dental FaceValue Group Entities, their officers, shareholders, subsidiaries, associate companies, directors, employees and agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, or contractors be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages or losses whatsoever, or damages for loss of data or profits, goodwill, and/or other intangible loss.
In no event shall Dental FaceValue and Dental FaceValue Group Entities' total cumulative liability to You in connection with the Dental FaceValue Services for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand only).
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dental FaceValue, Dental FaceValue Group Entities, its officers, owners, directors, employees and agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors and other applicable third parties from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, cause of action, costs or debt, and expenses (including any legal fees) arising from:
In consideration for Dental FaceValue granting you access to and use of the Dental FaceValue App, Dental FaceValue Platforms and Dental FaceValue Services, you agree that in case of any dispute between You and any Commercial Partner or other User, Dental FaceValue shall not be a party to the same.
These Terms of Use shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, conflict, claim or controversy arising out of or broadly in connection with or relating to the Dental FaceValue Services or these Terms shall, if initiated by the User, first be raised to grievanceofficer@dentalfacevalue.club. If such Dispute has not been settled within sixty (60) days, it can be referred to and shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The place of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The Dispute shall be resolved by one (1) arbitrator to be appointed by Dental FaceValue.
You hereby agree to comply with any and all applicable tax laws in connection with your use of the Dental FaceValue Services, including without limitation, the reporting and payment of any taxes arising in connection with payments made through the Dental FaceValue App.
The Dental FaceValue App, the Dental FaceValue Services, all your transactions with the Dental FaceValue App, and our relationship shall be governed by the laws of India. All claims, differences and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
You agree and acknowledge that You shall not transfer or assign any of Your rights and obligations arising from these Terms of Use. Dental FaceValue may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use in whole or in part, to (i) any other Dental FaceValue Group Entity; (ii) an acquirer of Dental FaceValue or any Dental FaceValue Group Entity or their respective equity interest, business or assets; or (iii) a successor entity resulting from any corporate action including mergers or demergers.
No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you, Dental FaceValue, Dental FaceValue Group Entities or any Third Party as a result of the contract contained in these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any law, such provision or part thereof shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these Terms of Use but the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected.
We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the Dental FaceValue Website. The updated version of these Terms of Use shall supersede the previous version and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Dental FaceValue Services following such updates would mean deemed acceptance of such updated Terms of Use.
